Diagnosis

Entire median propodeum with strong small meshed reticulation; flagellum with a 2-segmented clava; fore wing with admarginal setae on lower membrane situated very close to marginal vein or missing (i.e. situated on marginal vein); petiole short, 0.6-1.0X as long as width of base; first gastral tergite without hairtufts anterolaterally, posterior margin smoothly curved backwards.
